Hi, I’m Maureen Kariuki, but everyone calls me MJ! I’m currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Boise State University while working as a Certified Peer Support Specialist. I have a passion for both helping people and figuring out how things work, which is why I love engineering and peer support in different ways. When I’m not busy with school or work, you’ll probably find me roller skating, playing badminton or tennis, or spending time with family and friends. I love trying new things, meeting new people, and finding little ways to make someone’s day better!
