My name is Jamie Estrada, I am a Certified Peer Support Specialist as well as a Certified Recovery Mentor, I hope to begin classes in the fall so I can finally work towards finishing my degree. 

I am Blingual, and read, write, speak, and translate English and Spanish. I love working with people, and have a passion for working especially with the disadvantaged populations, who are treated and/or judged unfairly, as I, too, fit into one of those misjudged categories. I believe with my whole heart, that we are all created equal, and that there does not exist a single person on this earth who is superior or better than anyone else. I try to treat each and every one of my clients with the sincere respect and care they deserve, and I try to be to others, the person who I wish I would have had helping me, when I was trying to recover. 

I have been sober for 26 years, and I try to live each day intentionally, and let everyone I work with know that we are all somebody, and we were each born to be the true person we are inside already, and we don’t have to change for anyone, because we are already in our perfect form.
